Considering response options

I'm thinking of crafting a response in Chinese to ask the user what they want done with the headline. I should offer options and maybe provide a brief blurb if needed. It seems like the instructions suggest asking only when necessary, so maybe I should stick to one clear question and present some options. I could offer to draft a short news report if they don't choose anything. Keeping it simple seems best!
